Pleasure to meet you, I'm Michael Eisen. In the last 10 years I have acted as the CEO for five successful businesses and I have a passion for executing projects from conception to completion... Currently I reside in sunny San Diego, California. After attending San Diego State University I started to dive head first in to the world of Entrpreneurialism. I like tropical oceans, dogs and palm trees,

Founded in late 2008, Community Allstars is directly contracted with high schools nationwide to help alleviate the budget constraints taking place in high school athletics by creating marketing and branding vehicles that promote and brand the schools teams. Essentially, we have mimicked the systems used by professional sports franchises and have applied them at the public high school level. Dedicated to community involvement and student success, we have created a highly effective, win-win system. With an accredited A rating by the Better Business Bureau and over 40 years of combined experience, we are the nations leader in scholastic athletic branding, marketing and funding. In a time when budgets are being cut left and right, our goal is to help sustain and promote high school athletics. The services CAS offers are free to high schools across the country.
Creatively developed the business plan, brand identity and strategic vision in addition to acting as the hiring manager and chief business development officer. Other tasks include employee training, payroll, financial analysis, accounting, compliance, design and website development. Currently serving as CEO.

Our inspiration comes from Portland,
Oregon. Unique, unabashed style, healthy sandwiches, salads & sides, and an array of craft & local beers. We focus on quality over quantity, city culture with authentic
landscape. With a team of experienced venue owners on board, a platform of support from colleagues, customers, and family that only a collective 30 years of San Diego hospitality can offer, the team starts with an established foundation. Our target market benefits from a tripartite anchored strategy. First, we will focus on a base market of our brick and mortar space with an anticipated 50-person capacity. Second, we will act as the kitchen for our 2013 Cocktail Bar of the Year, Sycamore Den (100-person capacity), just two doors down, adding a much-anticipated food component to our authentic cocktail program. Third, we will offer a limited menu through the hallway to the established Ould Sod Tavern (80+ person capacity).
